```Duties:```
- Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Administer medication reminders
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or behavior
- Follow care plans and ensure client's safety and comfort
- Maintain documentation of care provided

```Skills:```
- Experience or knowledge in hospice care or senior care is a plus
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Ability to provide compassionate care while respecting client's dignity and privacy
- Knowledge of resident rights and the ability to advocate for clients' needs
- Basic understanding of assisted living principles and practices
- Ability to assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, toileting, etc.
- Familiarity with meal preparation and dietary restrictions
