Living Talent Company is Hiring a Senior Finance Director Near Florida, NY

Sr. Finance Director to

Spearhead financial operations for the regional footprint of a well-established and growing wholesale distribution company
Partner with Corporate teams to deliver accurate financial reporting, manage budgets, and safeguard assets.
Collaborate with Market leadership to achieve cost savings, maximize profits, and drive growth.

Primary Responsibilities

Finance Leadership:
- Manage a large team and oversee all department activities.
- Partner with Corporate on month-end close, ensuring accurate statements and trend analysis.
- Establish internal controls and ensure data integrity.
- Prepare and submit state-specific tax returns.
- Oversee supplier A/R & credit departments for accurate payments and adjustments.
- Set credit policies to minimize bad debts.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues.
Strategic Partnership:
- Act as a trusted advisor to the Market leadership.
- Manage the annual budget process, collaborating with functional leaders.
- Partner on cost-saving initiatives and special projects.
- Work with Revenue Management to optimize gross profit margins.

Experience & Skills

12 years accounting/finance management experience.
Maintain an in-depth understanding of key financial processes.
Proven results-oriented leader with excellent communication and customer service skills.
Skilled multi-tasker with strong attention to detail and to meet deadlines.
Possesses analytical and reporting skills with sound judgment and problem-solving abilities.
Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume team environment.
Strong ERP, ideally SAP COPA.
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
