Description
Our Sales Coordinator for Salon, International and New Business Development will provide key administrative and customer support for our domestic professional channels (“Salons”), international omni-channel businesses, and new business development efforts. This will include coordination for our distributor relationships, management of our order placement processes, tracking and support for our order fulfilment, communication of order status, marketing info and asset updates to customers. In addition, the Sales Coordinator will help facilitate the enhancement of our on-line ordering portals, develop and improve sales operational processes, and encourage cross-functional collaboration. The Sales Coordinator must be willing to embrace the dynamic culture with startup mentality by being open and flexible, willing to support the business as needed to achieve goals and best support partners. This position reports to the VP Sales & Trade Marketing | Salon, International and New Business Development. This is a Boston based, hybrid role (in-office 2 days/week).
