Description
- Desk Side Support
- Troubleshooting user software and hardware issues
- Monitoring the performance of computer systems and applying updates
- Basic Active Directory exposure
- Printer configurations
- Setup/installation of Desktop computer equipment and related software installations
Requirements
- Windows 10 support experience
- Office 365 support experience
- Basic database, server or SQL experience is a huge plus
