Designer and manufacturer of home furniture products is looking for a customer service superstar to be our next Junior CS Manager.
Our ideal candidate has a passion for products and helping others. You have experience working with consumers, ideally in an e-commerce environment. You will focus on providing next-level service to our customers while expanding and enhancing the customer service department.

Core Responsibilities
- First point of contact for consumers (phone, email, chat).
- Serve as resident product expert
- Manage parts program (identify and forecast required parts)
- Process returns/replacements/parts requests
- Proactively communicate with consumers
- Develop/enhance customer service department
- Monitor health of online listings
Experience
- 2 years as customer service representative
- Experience providing product support/working with replacement parts
- ERP software experience (NetSuite preferred)
- Experience with ZenDesk is a plus
- Experience working within e-commerce retail portals (Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, etc…)
