Compensation:$77,000 - $90,000 salary, processed bi-weekly.
Shift Type: Full-time with participation in backup supervisor on-call rotations. On-site, in the field, and travel between local branches/agencies.

Summary:
The Clinical Quality Educator evaluates homecare practices within a LiveWell Partners agency / branch to help maximize efficiency and optimize patient care. Their duties include working with local clinical management and across the Quality team to implement and monitor quality outcomes, performance improvement, orientation of new staff, training staff on new policy, process, procedures, and ensuring CMS and state requirements are consistently followed.
