Would you like to use your law license make a real difference in people's lives? We are a busy employee-side employment law firm looking for a fourth attorney to join our team. This is a woman owned practice located on Denver’s east side. Our firm is growing, energetic, and passionate about righteous advocacy for employees and social security disability applicants. We have a supportive and collaborative environment where we prioritize growing as attorneys and as advocates to best serve our clients.
We are searching for an Associate Attorney to join us in our mission to protect the rights of employees and assist those who can no longer work with obtaining Social Security Disability benefits.
The right applicant will have the following qualities and skills:
1) Colorado bar admission
2) 3 years of civil litigation experience
3) A passion for protecting employee rights
4) Strong writing, analytical, and research skills
5) Excellent communication skills
6) The willingness to learn and evolve as an attorney
Prior experience in practicing employment or civil rights law is preferred. Diverse candidates are encouraged to apply. All inquiries are strictly confidential.
Salary is $85,000 - $100,000 with profit share quarterly bonuses and room for growth. We provide unlimited PTO, bar fees, bar association membership dues, CLEs, educational materials, professional development, and health insurance.
