Live Aloha LLC is Hiring an Administrative Assistant/ Customer Service Representative (FT) Near Saint Augustine, FL

Customer Service & Administrative Assistant
Qualifications:
  • Seeking an organized, detail-oriented person with good phone & people skills to join our team.
  • Must be punctual, focused, and have reliable transportation.
  • Must have a basic knowledge of Quickbooks & Microsoft Office Suite.
Principal Duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Answer Incoming Calls.
  • Create Detailed Lead Sheets.
  • Create Work Orders.
  • Maintain Call Log.
  • Prompt Email Responses.
  • Data Entry in Quickbooks.
  • Call In 811 Locates.
  • Monthly Statements.
  • Filing and File Management.
Starting Wage: 17.00 hr w/ Performance review after 30 days with compensation increase.
Job Details:
  • We offer a casual and friendly work environment.
  • Job Type: Part-time.
  • Salary: From $17.00 per hour.
  • Schedule: Flexible - 2 days a week.
  • CoVid policy: If you are sick, stay home.
  • Ability to commute/relocate: Saint Johns, FL 32259: Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (Required).
  • Work Location: One location.
