We are searching for an accomplished, well-rounded Assistant Teacher to join our team. Assistant Teachers are responsible for designing and implementing curricula.

To ensure success as an Assistant Teacher, you should demonstrate outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills. Top candidates will have a thorough understanding of the social and political factors that shape early childhood education, and will remain up-to-date with advances in the field.
Teacher Responsibilities:

  • Creating and implementing curricula in accordance with students' developmental trajectories.
  • Documenting and reporting on students' progress at regular intervals.
  • Adhering to legal and educational requirements to ensure students' well-being.
  • Adhere to regulated policies and procedures
  • Maintain a high standard of classroom sanitation processes

Assistant Teacher Requirements:

  • Experience in curriculum development and implementation.
  • Prior experience in teaching in an ECE setting
  • Ability to mentor a diverse group of individuals.
  • A passion for early childhood development.
  • Proven experience as a Preschool Teacher with an excellent understanding of the principles of child development and preschool educational methods
  • Familiarity with safety and sanitation guidelines for classrooms
  • Ability to act as mediator between children
  • Cool-tempered, mindful, friendly and reliable
  • Balance between a creative mind and a practical acumen
  • Certification in child CPR preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $10.50 per hour
