Education:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Child Development Associate (CDA)
• Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education
• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education
• Related Degree with a Career Pathways Level 3 or higher

Job Duties:

• Creates and inspires a team environment
• Facilitates communication between center and family
• Ensure all children’s basic needs are met
• Maintains SUTQ & licensing requirements
• Engages with children using proper guidance techniques
• Keeps environment safe and sanitary
• Utilizes Procare to organize daily routines & schedules
• Participates in some community and team building events
• PMA (positive mental attitude)
• Willingness to work with others
