Little Scholars is looking to add an experienced Childcare Administrator to our growing leadership team!

Campus Director Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Overseeing day to day childcare operation
• Ensure compliance with all licensing agencies including The State of Ohio Child Care Licensing, Step Up To Quality, Child and Adult Care Food Program, Fire, Health, and any other licensing agencies that we work with
• Anticipate and monitor staffing needs, screen candidates proactively
• Utilize Procare Software to manage employee files, children files, manage tuition, and expenses
• Teacher/Staff management
• Bussing/Transportation Coordination
• Maintain a strong work ethic, and model a professional attitude for campus employees

Campus Director Preferred Qualifications:

• BA degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, Child Development, or other child-related field
• 2 years in an ECE setting
• Childcare Licensing training or knowledge
• Step Up To Quality training
• Knowledge of Creative Curriculum
• Knowledge of Cincinnati Curriculum
• Strong, Motivated Leadership Qualities

Campus Director required experience:

• Early Childhood Education: 2 years

Campus Director required education:

• BA/AA in ECE or related field
• Career Pathways Level 3
• Current certification in First Aid, Communicable Disease, Child Abuse, CPR

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $40,000 per year PLUS up to $10,000 per year in incentive based bonus pay
