Experience & Training | |||
Six (06) months of experience in fleet maintenance or equivalent. Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification within two (2) years of employment in at least one (1) area related to job assignment (Cars & Light Trucks or Medium to Heavy Duty Trucks) Must obtain this ASE certification before reaching NE-Grade 5 Step 5. | Three (3) years experience in fleet maintenance. Equivalent combination of training and experience may be substituted. Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification in at least three (3) areas related to job assignment preferred (Cars & Light Trucks or Medium to Heavy Duty Trucks) or ability to obtain within one (01) year. Must obtain these ASE certifications before reaching NE-Grade 7 Step 3. | Minimum of five (5) years of fleet maintenance experience. Equivalent combination of training and experience may be substituted. Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification in at least five (5) areas related to job assignment preferred (Cars & Light Trucks or Medium to Heavy Duty Trucks) or ability to obtain within one (01) year. Must obtain these ASE certifications before reaching NE-Grade 9 Step 3. | Minimum of seven (7) years of fleet maintenance experience. Equivalent combination of training and experience may be substituted. Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification in at least seven (7) areas related to job assignment preferred (Cars & Light Trucks or Medium to Heavy Duty Trucks) or ability to obtain within one (01) year. Progressive Increase of Working Knowledge | |||

Ability to Obtain and Maintain | |||
