You primary role at Little Life Academy is to minister the love of Jesus Christ to every parent, student & co-worker of Little Life Academy. The purpose of our ministry is to lead others to a personal relationship with Christ, give the children tools & life skills needed to provide a solid foundation in Christ, as well as equip our children with the academic, physical, social and emotional skills needed to be successful in kindergarten and beyond. You are required to provide a clean, safe, positive, loving, nurturing and supportive environment for our children and families. You must obtain Little Life Academy values which include honoring leadership, teamwork, trust, respect, commitment to the LLA families, loyalty and a positive attitude.

Required skills:

• Able to connect with children
• Proficiency in managing classroom schedules
• Good communication skills
• Ability to communicate to a child and adult what it means to be saved
• Physically able to lift children up to 50 lbs
• Physically able to get on the floor with children
• Physically able to stand on your feet for up to 8 hours a day
• Able to use technology to be able to communicate with families
• Able to read, understand, and execute a lesson plan

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
