Our IDEAL Team Member:

• has at least 6-months of experience at a Lead Teacher in a licensed child care center;
• is able to work Monday - Friday;
• is pursuing Child Care and/or Education as a career;
• is positive;
• is professional;
• is passionate about the care and education of young children.

Little Learners offers children ages 12 months to six years the opportunity to explore, create, and imagine while they develop academically, socially, emotionally, and physically. It is owned and operated by Christi Eaton and Kim Maples who are both former elementary teachers and reading specialists. Together they have over 50 years of experience in education. Salary: $17.75 - $20.25 per hour ($36,920 - $42,120 yearly)
