Our Teacher's Assistants are a valuable part of our team. They assist in guiding activities within classrooms and build positive relationships with our little ones. Our IDEAL Team Member:

• has a high school diploma 
• has at least 6-months of experience in a licensed child care center;
• is able to work Monday - Friday 8:30-5:30;
• is pursuing Child Care and/or Education as a career;
• is positive;
• is professional;
• is passionate about the care and education of young children.

Little Learners offers children ages 12 months to six years the opportunity to explore, create, and imagine while they develop academically, socially, emotionally, and physically. It is owned and operated by Christi Eaton and Kim Maples who are both former elementary teachers and reading specialists. Together they have over 50 years of experience in education. They are dedicated to providing uncompromising quality in the care and education of every little learner.

Salary: $15.75 - $17.00 per hour ($32,760 - $35,360 yearly)
