Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Front of House (FOH) team member to join our restaurant. As a FOH, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant
- Seat guests and provide them with menus
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Deliver orders to the kitchen and communicate any special requests or dietary restrictions
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed

Experience:
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
- Basic math skills for handling payments accurately
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
