Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Head Housekeeper to oversee and lead our housekeeping team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial cleaning, hospitality, and housekeeping management.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the housekeeping staff's daily activities
- Train new employees on proper cleaning procedures and safety protocols
- Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Schedule staff shifts and assign duties effectively
- Handle customer complaints or requests promptly and professionally
- Implement and maintain cleaning schedules

Experience:
- Proven experience in industrial cleaning, hotel, or hospitality industry
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment
- Strong understanding of custodial practices and procedures
- Previous experience in housekeeping management is a plus
