Little City Montessori is an independent preschool opening a second location in Northern Liberties in September 2024. We are looking to hire a part-time Spanish Teacher for our new elementary program. LCM believes children should be nurtured and celebrated as individuals in order for them unlock their love for learning and build on their natural curiosity. We have built a team of dedicated, passionate, caring teachers in a community of supportive families. Little City values the diverse backgrounds of our staff and recognize the importance of teaching the children in an inclusive environment.

This is a part-time position during the academic year, with two one-hour classes per week plus paid lesson planning time. Class times are scheduled for 1:15 - 2:15pm, but the days are flexible Monday - Thursday.

Qualified teachers will have a BA and a proven track record of successful Spanish language teaching at the elementary school level. An advanced degree in Spanish pedagogy or a related field is preferred but not required. Montessori experience is also preferred, but not required. Little City actively encourages and supports professional development.
