Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to oversee operations in our food service establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and team management within the food industry.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the establishment, ensuring smooth workflow and exceptional customer service.
- Interview, hire, train, and supervise staff members to maintain high service standards.
- Handle cash transactions, maintain accurate records, and oversee financial aspects of the business.
- Coordinate banquet events and ensure they run smoothly from setup to completion.
- Implement strategies to enhance guest experience and satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders for supplies, and manage vendor relationships.
- Maintain cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Experience:
- Previous experience in bartending, hospitality management, or related fields.
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures and financial management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Knowledge of hotel operations is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
