Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Co-manager to join our team. As a Co-manager, you will work closely with the Store Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the success of our retail store. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Duties:
- Assist the Store Manager in managing all aspects of store operations
- Ensure the store meets sales goals and targets
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Assist in buying decisions and product selection
- Recruit, train, and supervise store staff
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement sales strategies
Skills:
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of market trends and ability to adapt strategies accordingly
- Experience in buying and inventory management
- Proficient in recruiting, interviewing, and training employees

- Previous experience in retail management is highly desirable
