Little Caesars is Hiring an Assistant Consumer Insights Manager Near Detroit, MI

The Assistant Consumer Insights Manager will serve a critical role in driving the development, analysis, and insights of research supporting strategic, consumer-led initiatives the Little Caesars brand. Reporting to the Consumer Insights Manager, the Assistant Consumer Insights Manager will have a hand in all aspects of primary and secondary research management, including research project management, execution, and recommendation shaping to inform consumer-led, data-driven decisions for the organization.

The Assistant Consumer Insights Manager will play a meaningful role throughout the organization, partnering with cross-functional teams (including Media, R&D, and external vendors) to bring insights to inform strategies, and serving as a key player to coordinate details, manage follow-ups, and meet project deadlines.

Additionally, this position requires strong analytical skills and an ability to translate data and business analysis into recommendations and actions. Candidates must have a keen view of the external environment including general trends impacting the business, consumer behavior, and competitive activity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead primary and secondary research supporting brand strategies and new and/or core product initiatives that are consumer centric in driving business priorities.
  • Design, organize, and conduct a variety of consumer marketing research techniques including, both quantitative and qualitative research.
  • Partner with multi-disciplinary teams across the organization to understand consumer led questions and objectives to drive research initiatives
  • Analyze sales and performance data, and provide clear, concise business reporting and story-telling
  • Support the development, scheduling, and tracking primary research projects
  • Help build insights recommendations based on primary and secondary research, development insights, and operations impacts
  • Assist with insights presentations for internal and external communications
  • Provide additional support to the Consumer Insights team as necessary

Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Market Research, Marketing, Psychology, Statistics, Consumer Behavior, Business Analytics or another related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in consumer research, including various methodologies, sensory research, survey design, consumer and competitive research prior experience with testing questions, analysis and reporting
  • Excellent analytical skills with a high degree of comfort and dexterity in Excel and an ability to compile, analyze, summarize, and present data to others.
  • Experience with analytical tools such as SPSS a plus.
  • Effective written & verbal communication skills
  • Possess the highest integrity and ethical standards
  • Demonstrates strong initiative and self-motivation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $55,403.58 per year
