We're seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Solar Energy Outreach Member.

Job Description:
We are looking for an outgoing, friendly, and determined individual who possesses excellent communication skills and a passion for renewable energy. As a Solar Energy Outreach Member, your primary responsibility will be to engage with homeowners in Southwest Ohio to educate them about the benefits of solar energy and schedule appointments for our technicians to conduct personalized consultations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct door-to-door canvassing within a specified territory to identify potential customers interested in solar energy solutions.
• Educate homeowners about the advantages of solar energy and our company's offerings.
• Schedule appointments for our technicians to conduct in-home consultations and provide custom-designed solar energy reports.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments using our CRM software.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.

Requirements:

• Previous sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks.
• Passion for renewable energy and sustainability.

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
