Job Title: Bilingual Content and Delivery Specialist, Full Time
Reports to: Director of Early Childhood
Location: NYC area – LINC is a hybrid work environment. This role will require some onsite presence, with a significant amount of flexibility to work remotely.
Work Schedule: 5 days/week, with events requiring some varied hours or weekend work
Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000, depending on experience, Benefits, and robust Paid Time Off offered

Position Summary
The Content and Delivery Specialist is responsible for developing content and facilitating literacy workshops. Reporting to the Director of Early Childhood and working as a part of the Workshop Delivery and Implementation team, this role closely collaborates with program staff and the Reads Facilitation team to deliver and facilitate culturally, linguistically, and developmentally appropriate content to educators, families, parents, and care providers across all boroughs of NYC so that parents gain knowledge, skills, and a toolbox to support their children’s literacy development. The role will implement high-quality programming that generates curiosity, passion, and enthusiasm among educators, parents, and families, weaving early learning, adult learning theory, family engagement, social and emotional learning, and literacy concepts into all workshops. The ideal candidate has direct facilitation experience in and out of school settings and knows how to engage and create a welcoming environment for families with children, from birth to five. Project management experience is highly desirable. The ability to travel extensively across all boroughs to spread the joy of reading is a must. Proficiency with Canva, Google Suite, Word, Zoom, and other similar platforms is a plus.
