Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Painter to join our team. As a Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint and other finishes to various surfaces, ensuring high-quality workmanship and attention to detail. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and patching holes or cracks
- Mix paint and other materials to achieve the desired color and texture
- Apply paint, varnish, or stain using brushes, rollers, or spray guns
- Use different techniques such as stenciling, sponging, or faux finishes to create decorative effects
- Ensure proper coverage and smooth finish on all surfaces
- Protect surrounding areas from paint splatter or damage
- Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Painter in a professional setting
- Strong knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials
- Familiarity with construction estimating and reading schematics
- Experience with stucco application and repair is a plus
- Ability to perform basic carpentry tasks such as frame carpentry and fixture installation
- Knowledge of caulking techniques for sealing gaps and cracks
- Ability to restore surfaces by stripping old paint or wallpaper
