Mixology Painting is Hiring a Painter Near Philadelphia, PA

About us

We are a professional multi-service company offering painting, power washing, wallpaper installation & removal, dry wall installation and more. We are seeking experienced painters to join our team.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by removing old paint, filling holes, and repairing any damage
- Mix, match, and apply paint to surfaces using brushes, rollers, or spray guns
- Cover surfaces with drop cloths or masking tape to protect surrounding areas
- Fill cracks and holes with appropriate materials such as caulk, putty, or plaster
- Use power tools and equipment to sand, scrape, and prime surfaces
- Apply finishes to woodwork and trim such as staining or varnishing
- Clean up work area and properly dispose of paint cans and other materials

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a painter in a construction or renovation setting (This is Very Important, we are not looking for entry level applicants at this time!)
- Knowledge of different painting techniques and tools
- Familiarity with power tools and equipment used in painting
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics for painting projects
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and other team members

Skills:
- Experience with drywall repair and installation
- Knowledge of stucco and plaster application techniques
- Proficiency in airless paint spraying for large-scale projects
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics for accurate color matching and design implementation

We are looking for those with professional painting experience, if you have not had a job that involved residential or commercial painting then this is not the position for you. Applicants who cannot demonstrate professional experience in the field will not be considered.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $144.00 - $200.00 per day

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week

  • Residential painting: 4 years (Preferred)
