The Lisa Faina Agency has an amazing opportunity in our Cooper City, FL location for a Licensed, Experienced Property Insurance Sales Representative who would like to receive top earnings while helping our valued clients protect what’s most important to them.

Property producers who want a lucrative career in insurance sales are in high demand. We are seeking passionate, experienced, self-driven, natural born salespeople with a desire to make a difference in people’s lives. As the newest member of our top producing team, you will sell, market, and service our property insurance products to existing clients and new customers.

This service-oriented insurance agency is owned & operated locally and has been a pillar in the community for nearly 35 years! We are seeking candidates who can work full time in our Agency office and that currently have a valid Property & Casualty Insurance License. Only qualified candidates will be contacted.

Total Compensation Package: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year which includes Base Commission Bonus Opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established. Must show proof of prior sales production selling 30 property items per month.
• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.

Requirements

• MUST Currently have an active FL Property & Casualty Insurance License *REQUIRED*
• MUST be willing and able to provide proof of prior sales production
• Bilingual – must be fluent in both Spanish and English *REQUIRED*
• Have knowledge and experience selling property products in the state of Florida *REQUIRED*
• Have knowledge of a commissioned sales role, and have the competitive desire to earn commissions by selling insurance policies
• Have a proven track record of dependability & reliability – showing up to work as scheduled, on time
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Create relationships from a cold start.
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
• Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
• Professional phone etiquette.
• Career minded vision.
• Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations.
• Be willing to and able to commute and work full time at our Cooper City, FL agency office *REQUIRED*
• Previous insurance sales experience preferred
