We currently have an amazing opportunity in our service department! We are looking to hire l icensed & experienced customer service SUPER STARS" ! We are seeking individuals who have experience in the P&C Insurance industry and are ready to help our clients with auto, home, life, renters insurance & more.
As an in office (not remote) Licensed Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for the agency.
You will be answering the phones, helping with tasks such as applying payments, answering billing questions, making policy changes, assisting with the claims process, and helping our sales team to ensure we provide world class service to our clients.

Total Compensation Package : $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
