Who We Are: Since 1953, our organization has embraced change to create meaningful opportunities and support for individuals with Intellectual and or Developmental Disabilities (IDD).

Our Vision: In thriving communities, all people have equitable access to meaningful employment, affordable housing, and engaging activities. Vibrancy for all creates attachment, pride, and investment in a community. Having a physical or intellectual disability poses obstacles to equitable access.
