Job description:

Job Title: People & Organization Coordinator (HR)

Job Status: full-time, permanent

Work location: Hoboken, NJ; hybrid

Your role

LIPTON Teas and Infusions is seeking a People & Organization Coordinator to support the North American business. The People and Organization Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the department and ensuring smooth operations. This role will report to the Head of People & Organization, North America and contribute to the overall strategic goals of the business.

Your key responsibilities:

  • HR Administration and Reporting: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases. Preparing and analyzing HR metrics and reports for management.
  • Onboarding: Facilitating the onboarding process for new employees, including paperwork and orientation sessions.
  • Training and Development: Organizing and coordinating training sessions and development programs.
  • Vendor Administration: Support vendor set-up and payment process for benefit and recruiting agencies.
  • Internal Communications: Facilitate effective communication with the office, including announcement and townhall preparation.
  • Office Operations: Assisting with daily office operations to ensure organizational efficiency.

Skills and experience:

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • Open communication style, with ability to communicate at all levels in an organization.
  • Proficient in maintaining accurate and organized employee records and exposure to HRIS systems.
  • Familiarity with HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Experience handling sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
  • This is a hybrid position and the candidate is required to be in the office 3-days per week.
