The Raymond B. Jones College of Engineering Electrical and Computer Engineering department is searching for junior- and senior-level students to hold regular tutoring sessions for freshman- and sophomore-level courses (e.g. Digital Logic, Circuits 1, Circuits 2, etc.). Students will be required to be trained before staring the position. Other responsibilities include reporting to the chair regarding hours, documenting tutoring sessions, etc.

Education: Applicants must be actively enrolled in engineering courses.

Experience: Applicants must show strong academic performance or have a strong recommendation from a current professor. Strong academic performance includes a GPA of 3.2 (or higher) and/or a B average (or better) in freshman- and sophomore-level engineering courses. 

Job Related Skills: Applicants should be dedicated, reliable and self-starters. Additionally, applicants must be organized and good communicators. Student workers will be required to create availability appointments on their google calendar and make this available to the hiring manager and students.
