Part time 3pm-8pm weekends only Saturday and Sunday with option to pick up a weekday shift prn.

Job Description:

• Greet visitors.
• Answer incoming calls in a professional manner and determine purpose of call and transfer call.
• Take and deliver messages.
• Generate reports and other documents.
• Maintain front desk procedures including contact information, directions and frequently asked questions.
• Screen everyon that enters facility.
• Provide proper PPE to all coming into the facility
• Maintain an adequate liaison with families and residents.
• Order, receive, and maintain office supplies.
• Eusure guests and visitors abide by existing rules, as directed
