Linwood Nursing and Rehabilitation Center provides a full range of services in our highly regarded program of nursing and rehabilitation and nursing-centered care. We pride ourselves on positive outcomes and personalized services.
We are currently seeking a Nurse Manager to join our collaborative team.
As the Nurse Manager, provides supervision to nursing staff and professional nursing care to residents as prescribed by a physician and in accordance with nursing practices standards and registered nurse scope of practice.
The Nurse Manager position is responsible to supervise day-to-day nursing functions, while administering quality nursing care to residents, assessing residents’ health problems and needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans in conjunction with the Interdisciplinary Team, and evaluating medical resident care. A Nursing Supervisor functions as a Charge Nurse and assists in the direction and supervision of other nursing personnel and helps to promote a positive physical and psychosocial environment among residents and staff.
