Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retention Specialist to join our team. As a Retention Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our company. Duties:
- Conduct outbound calls to existing customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional products or services
- Analyze customer accounts to identify potential issues or areas for improvement
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any concerns or complaints in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Proficient in data entry and computer systems
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
