About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Director, HR Business Partner to join their global team. This strategic and inclusive role involves partnering with leadership across various departments to drive employee engagement, organizational health, and business growth. The successful candidate will provide thought leadership and consultancy to resolve business challenges, enhance team dynamics, and achieve business objectives. They will also be responsible for guiding organizational design, workforce planning, and leading HR activities such as employee relations, corporate policies, and change management. The role requires a seasoned professional with at least 7 years of HR business partner or related experience, preferably in a high-growth SaaS or internet-focused company, and a strong understanding of global HR legal compliance.The ideal candidate for this senior HR role at the company will have a proven track record of managing and developing high-performing, collaborative, and inclusive teams. They should be adept at using people analytics to make informed decisions and have a strong skill set in influencing, negotiating, decision-making, and resilience. Experience in the video streaming business is a plus. The Senior Director will be expected to lead by example, fostering a culture that values authenticity, individual empowerment, excellence, and collaboration. They must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and be committed to creating a work environment that is diverse, inclusive, and promotes a sense of belonging.
