About the Family Medicine Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner opportunity

• Office hours are 7am-7pm allowing flexible schedule. Currently team split schedule with short and long day rotations (considering 12 hour shifts)
• 8 Physician and 15 APP team over 3 locations in Colombia Basin (most Providers are there 6 years and over)
• Patient demographic leans heavily on Pediatric and Adolescent patients with only small percentage of Medicare
• No weekends
• No Call
• Clinic patients only (no hospital or SNF rounding)
• Each Provider has 2 MAs (Spanish Speaking)
• See 20-25 patients each day
• Wellness exams, follow up visits (Diabetes and Asthma), Acute visits (URI, UTI, sprains, headache, Sinusitis)
• EMR is Athena

Requirements of the Family Medicine Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner opportunity

• Graduate of PA Program
• NCCPA certification
• Washington State Medical License
• Career focus on Healthcare to Underserved population
• Comfort with small town and more remote living
• Enjoy team approach and sharing information
• Comfortable with fast paced setting. One of the Providers sees 35 patients a day
