LCSW-C opportunity with growing Mental Health company with 6 offices throughout Maryland. Hybrid opportunity with 1-2 days in office and remainder of week from home office. About the LCSW- C opportunity

• Individual, Group, and Family Therapy sessions- 60% of week
• Supervision of Provisionally Licensed Therapists- 40% of week
• Full time position, hours are 8-5, Monday-Friday
• 2 days in office and 3 days off site
• 18-20 Therapy sessions a week
• 45 minute sessions
• Companywide electronic platform for easy documentation and ICD codes
• Make referrals withing community for housing, nutrition, job success, and education within extensive network of company
• Company offers supportive team and scheduled trainings

Requirements of the LCSW-C opportunity

• Master’s Degree in Social Work
• Three or more years of experience with diverse and underserved population in Mental Health
• Licensure in State of Maryland
• Interest in Hybrid Model
• Strong communication skills with colleagues and leadership team
• Ready to lean into being a resource for colleagues earlier in career that require mentorship

• Base salary is $65,000-70,000
• Bonus potential $10-20,000
