Description
The Sr. Program Manager shall have a sharp business mind and a proven ability of relationship building, as well as strategics and implementing high-level program initiatives. Ultimately, Program Managers are motivated by the desire to optimize productivity, so business development is essential. The Sr. PM shall use the SOP as a guide/reference for duties and responsibilities. Items can change due to added contracts, changes in contract deliverables, organizational structure or upon the CEO's discretion at any time. At a high level, the Sr. PM should formulate, organize, and monitor inter-connected projects, decide on suitable strategies and objectives, coordinate cross-project activities; lead and evaluate personnel, assess program performance, and aim to maximize ROI by proposal development and/or relationship development, and resolve projects' higher scope issues.
This is NOT a remote position.
