This role can be based in Sunnyvale, San Francisco, New York or Seattle.

We are looking to hire a Product Manager to join our product organization to help LinkedIn’s members both be safer and feel safer. This role will help define member-facing experiences that improve transparency of LinkedIn’s policies/decisions and help onboard new features, surfaces and experiences to Trust’s capabilities. LinkedIn is rapidly integrating Generative AI into its product offerings and this position will also be at the forefront of defining how LinkedIn builds Responsible Generative AI experiences. To be successful you will need to manage stakeholder relationships across the company and work closely with diverse cross functional teams including other Product Managers, design, engineering, data science and operations.

Responsibilities: 

  • Work cross functionally to develop a comprehensive vision, strategy, and roadmaps
  • Drive global product requirements definition, product planning and product design (including writing PRDs) of new features and enhancements 
  • Define metrics and success criteria for the team and demonstrate progress towards metric driven goals. 
  • Clearly communicate member needs, opportunities, risks, and more with cross functional teams and executive leadership

Qualifications

 Basic Qualifications: 

  • BS/BA Degree in a technology related field OR equivalent experience 
  • 4 years of Product Management experience

 Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Trust & Safety, Integrity, Security or related-domain
  • Experience in a technology-related field (especially AI/ML)
  • Experience building web products with a demonstrated ability to drive product planning, development, and launch 
  • Strong understanding of the most recent trends around consumer web usage and technologies including experience with social media and generative AI.
  • Excellent communication skills (including with executives) and ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences 
  • Ability to manage and lead across highly cross-functional teams

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.

The pay range for this role is $141,000 to $230,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
