- Provides clinical services, including individual and family therapy and supporting documentation.
- Provides crisis assessment and psychological stabilization.
- Monitors service effectiveness and modifies services based on supervisory and consultative feedback.
- Develops treatment and behavior management plans in consultation with the client, family, and other team members.
- Provides supporting documentation for re-authorizations.
- Provides supervision to Family Based Counselor team members.
- Establishes effective working relationships with clients, payers, and the community.
- Improves and ensures quality services.
- Master's degree in a clinical discipline with 2 semesters of formal, supervised practicum experience
- Preferred one (1) year of experience in the Child and Adolescent Service System Program (CASSP) or another child or adolescent mental health setting.
