Link Audiology, LLC is Hiring a Front Office Administrator Near Silverdale, WA

Growing audiology practice is looking for a new front office administrator. Job responsibilities include:

1) Answering incoming calls and placing outgoing calls to patients.

2) Checking patients in for appointments and collecting completed intake forms.

3) Checking referrals and authorizations and scheduling patients for appointments.

4) Placing confirmation calls and making sure patients bring required information to their appointments (ex: insurance cards, medication lists).

5) Scanning and labeling documents, filing them in patient records.

6) Tracking referrals on spreadsheets and in our database.

7) Assisting providers and administrative manager with various other office tasks as needed.

8) Entering new patients into the database and updating and maintaining their status.

9) Informing providers when patients are ready for their appointments.

10) Submitting for prior authorizations and notifying providers when received.

On-site training with current staff. Training/onboarding expected to be about 2 weeks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Benefits:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No nights

Ability to Relocate:

  • Silverdale, WA 98383: Relocate before starting work (Required)
