Maintenance Tech II

Requirements:

• Proficiency in preventative maintenance, boilers, air compressors, welding, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical circuits, PLCs, and general equipment maintenance.
• Experience with air cylinders, solenoid valves, steam traps, motor starters, gear reducers, inverter drives, or industrial laundry equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Execute preventative maintenance programs.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of management.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards.
• Troubleshoot equipment problems using precision instruments.
• Assist in emergency and non-emergency repairs.
• Perform welding activities (MIG, TIG, ARC, cutting, brazing).
• Troubleshoot and repair PLCs and control systems.
• Conduct boiler chemical testing.
• Perform safety checks on boilers and make necessary repairs.
• Conduct wastewater pretreatment system testing.
• Clean and lubricate equipment components.
• Inspect motors, belts, fluid levels, and filters.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED.
• General mechanical background.
• Flexible schedule
• Basic computer skills.
• Minimum 2 years of successful maintenance experience.
