LingaTech is Hiring a Remote UI/UX Designer
Our client is looking for a UI/UX Designer to work on a web application being built to replace and enhance their current system using the latest .NET and Angular technologies for deployment to the Azure cloud.
Candidates will work under the direction of the project’s Technical Lead and Application Architect to write, test, and document code to implement system features and enhancements.
Requirements:
- Experience conducting accessible and inclusive user research and user testing for visual designs and in the development of products and service.
- Knowledge of digital accessibility and disability inclusion
- Experience designing for platform technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, iOS, Android)
- Knowledge of regulations related to digital accessibility (e.g., Section 508, ADA)
- Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA requirements
- Experience creating user experience and interaction designs that meet accessibility guidelines.
- Experience designing inclusive flows that take into account keyboard interaction, non-visual user interaction, use of color and contrast, and multimedia interactions.
- Experience creating layouts that adapt to changes in text size and format, and different viewing modes, such as high-contrast mode.

Visual Studio with recent experience with VS2022 and VS Code
