The Austin Office is looking for an Associate Attorney eager to learn and grow and who wants to join our team. The responsibilities of the position would include:

• Provide legal advice and representation to firm clients
• Independently handle court appearances and client meetings
• Supervise Area Managers’ / Legal Assistants' performance and activities
• Report firm performance to clients and elected officials
• Attend trade conferences and entertain clients
• Cultivate relationships with the firm’s existing and future clients
• Coordinate presentation of firm proposals for new clients and renewals
• Market firm resources to potential clients in the field and at conferences

Requirements:

• JD from an ABA approved school
• Must be licensed and in good standing in Texas
• 1-5 years of experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Ability to think and act independently and with minimal supervision
• Ability to engage with clients and local associations beneficial to client interests
• Outstanding listening, verbal, and written communication skill
• Spanish-speaking a plus

Pay: $105,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
