As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:
Demonstrates success with managing the identification and addressing of client needs:
Demonstratesextensive knowledge and/or a proven record of success inhuman resources policies and practices, preferable within a professional services environment, including, but not limited to the following areas related to internal operations of a global network of professional services firms: Talent management, Performance management, Human Capital policy interpretation, Human Resources technology implementation;
Demonstrates experience with HR technology with flexibility to learn / support various types of Human Capital Managed Services projects and expresses a desire to upskill on new tools and identify process improvements;
Understands delivering value to clients in challenging business environments;
Displays strong project management skills including the ability to create project plans, setting goals and objectives, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring successful project delivery;
Shows ability to execute on specific initiatives and driving progress against related goals;
Works as part of a team to drive change management activities needed to enact the strategic vision and operational initiatives;
Supports tracking, managing and reporting on strategic initiatives, projects and operations;
Represents point of view of leadership in key projects, calls, meetings and decisions as well as develop a point of view based on data, research, and observations;
Supports the Human Capital team with current strategies, goals and critical achievement targets; Budget, workforce planning, utilization, and forecasting; Succession plan development and Alternative talent pools including global workforces and third-party labor;
Develops and sustains meaningful client relationships, understands a client's business and technology toidentify, pursue, and ultimately obtainadditionalconsulting opportunities.
Acquires knowledge of current business issues to deliver results and develop process improvement strategies;
Understands business problems in the form of functional and technical requirements while using innovative thought leadership in the creation of solutions;
Creates a positive work environment, collaborating with team members while meeting client expectations, encouraging improvement by offering meaningful feedback in a timely manner and keeping leadership informed of progress;
Displays excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. This includes the ability to effectively communicate project updates, negotiate contracts, and present business proposals to clients and stakeholders;
Collaborates with various teams to mitigate risk, address, and support staff members;
Understands and captures business processes and identifiesopportunities to increase efficiencies;
Works and collaborates with multicultural teams in multiple locations.
