We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Decarbonization Consulting Director to join our dynamic team. As a Director, you will play a pivotal role in helping industrial companies, including manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, and construction sectors, navigate the challenges of decarbonization and transition towards sustainable practices.

Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader as follows: 

  • Industry Expertise: Leveraging extensive knowledge and understanding of industrial sectors, including manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, and construction, to develop innovative decarbonization strategies that align with clients' business goals and regulatory requirements;
  • Client Engagement: Collaborating closely with clients, leading strategic engagements and forging robust relationships. Understanding their unique challenges and objectives, and guide them through the decarbonization journey, providing tailored recommendations and solutions;
  • Decarbonization Assessments: Conducting detailed assessments of clients' current emissions profiles, energy usage, and operational practices to identify areas for decarbonization improvements. Utilizing data analysis and performance metrics to benchmark progress and measure the effectiveness of implemented strategies;
  • Strategy Development: Developing comprehensive decarbonization strategies and roadmaps that encompass energy efficiency, renewable energy adoption, process optimization, supply chain management, and other relevant areas. Providing guidance on technology adoption, policy compliance, and potential partnerships to maximize decarbonization impact;
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives, regulatory bodies, industry associations, and technology providers, to gather insights, and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices;
  • Project Management: Driving the successful execution of decarbonization projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Coordinating and leading cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and deliver exceptional client outcomes;
  •  Thought Leadership: Staying at the forefront of decarbonization trends, emerging technologies, and policy developments. Publishing thought leadership content, delivering presentations at industry conferences, and actively contributing to the knowledge base of our organization;
  • Decarbonization Expertise: Demonstrating in-depth understanding of decarbonization strategies, energy management, greenhouse gas footprint analysis, renewable energy solutions, and regulatory frameworks related to greenhouse gas emissions reduction;
  • Analytical Skills: Exhibiting proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and interpret complex data sets, identify trends, and derive actionable insights. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software is preferred; and,
  • Project Management: Executing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and delivering high-quality results within defined timelines and budgets.
