As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:
Demonstrates a thorough level of abilities with, and/or a proven record of success as both an individual contributor and team member, identifying and addressing client needs:
Collaborating with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into system configurations within the Dayforce WFM software;
Configuring and customizingthe Dayforce WFM system to meet client-specific needs, including time and attendance, scheduling, absence management, and labor forecasting;
Conducting system testing and quality assurance to ensure accurate and efficient functionality;
Providing training and support to clients on the effective use of the Dayforce WFM system, including conducting workshops, creating training materials, and delivering presentations;
Troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues or system errors that may arise during implementation or post-implementation;
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and business analysts, to ensure successful project delivery;
Stayingup to date with the latest HR technology industry trends, includingindustry leading practices in Dayforce WFM software and related technologies; and,
Assisting in the development and maintenance of documentation, including user guides, process flows, and system configurations.
Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader:
Working experience as a Dayforce WFM Consultant or similar role, with a strong understanding of Dayforce WFM software and its modules;
Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of workforce management principles, including time and attendance, scheduling, absence management, and labor forecasting;
Working experience in building system integrations, including knowledge of API concepts, data mapping, and integration platforms;
Configuring the Dayforce WFM system to meet client requirements;
Working knowledge of database concepts, including architecture, queries, table joins, and relationships; and,
Displaying excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
