Position Summary

QAQC Analyst will support the Quality Department with administrative tasks and ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures. This includes keeping track of the progress of all items of the ITP and mechanical completion process and using software to ensure the timely completion of quality controls and documentation.

Job Responsibilities:

Document, track and report production, quality control and mechanical completion progress during a project.

Maintain a thorough knowledge of quality control regulations and standards and keep abreast of industry trends and developments.

Administrate quality control software tools.

Act as a liaison between field and administration personnel.

Assist with the management of quality documentation, including filing, version control, and distribution.

Provide administrative support to the Quality Department, including scheduling meetings, taking meeting minutes, and organizing department events.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures.

Maintain an understanding of relevant regulations and standards to ensure compliance.

Skills, Qualifications, Certifications, Licenses, Training:

College degree in mechanical, electrical, or electronic engineering (preferred)

Bilingual (English & Spanish preferred)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with document management systems.

Data processing skills and database knowledge.

SAP knowledge.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of quality management systems and standards (e.g., ISO 9001) is a plus.

Work Environment

Work is generally performed within office environment, with standard office equipment available.
