Shipping / Dock Leader

Lindsay Windows is actively looking for a quality minded individual to work in our Union, MO location area as a Shipping / Dock Leader!

Your responsibilities :

• Retrieve windows, scan bar codes, and place complete window order on window carts.
• Move finished windows safely through the facility.
• Receive and stock raw materials in a timely manner.
• Lifting / moving / placing windows and components that are 1-75 lbs.
• Follow company safety procedures and policies and encourage a safe work environment for all team members.

Requirements Within This Position :

• Prior leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy weights and work in varying conditions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software
• The ability to lift 20-75lbs throughout the day.

Your Compensation :

• Starting $17.00-$19.00 per hour
• Pay is Dependent on Experience (DOE)
• Opportunity for $2 / hour Attendance Bonus!
