Overall Responsibility is to ensure windows are produced by the team within quality and efficiency goals. A high level of responsibility is expected of team leaders, because the safety and productivity of their team reflects on their ability to lead! Every lead works with their team to ensure production goals and efficiency goals are met daily!
- Following and maintaining all required work instructions for accuracy and quality.
- This includes all products in production.
- Provide training of for required work/tasks.
- Keeping track of employee scheduling and attendance
- Conducting performance reviews and corrective action documentation.
- Performing fundamental tasks on a computer.
- Reducing the amount of overtime by organizing workload efficiently.
- Our Line Leads might have varying work schedules depending on multiple factors. Flexibility is crucial.
- Stand for the entire shift.
- Lift and transfer 35Ibs frequently throughout the course of the day.
- Lift and transfer 50Ibs occasionally throughout the course of the day.
- Reach overhead occasionally.
- Bend at the waist and pivot from the waist frequently.
- Use fine hand manipulation movements frequently.
- Pay is Dependent on Experience (DOE)
