Job Description:
The Salesperson is responsible for maintaining/building a customer base in the territory and selling Kubota Equipment.
Responsibilities
· Locate new prospects and determine how the company can best meet their needs
· Present to prospects the benefits of our equipment and our company
· Maintain data on new contracts & Document calls made to customers
· Develop good working relationships with customers
· Expedite resolution of technical and customer issues
· Attend industry exhibits, demonstrations and meetings
· Monitor new products developed by our manufacturers and competitors
· Advise manager of all changes in territory which can affect company success
· Verify equipment is delivered as ordered and in a timely manner
· Work closely with Credit Manager to resolve credit/payment issues
Education/Experience/Skill:
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
· Experience in Turf and Tractor sales preferred
· Excellent time management skills
· Able to communicate in written format clearly and concisely
· Excellent customer service skills
